Synopsis
Lin Xi, a talented and sharp-witted interpreter, has built a reputation as the “witch” of the translation industry. Her success, however, came at a personal cost—eight years ago, she broke up with her boyfriend, Xiao Yi Cheng, to fulfill her mother’s wish for her to become a professional interpreter for the United Nations.
Now, Lin Xi has reached the peak of her career as the youngest chief interpreter at Huasheng. Unexpectedly, she crosses paths with her former love, Xiao Yi Cheng, who has also found great success as the chief technology officer of a leading communications company. Fate intertwines their lives once again when Lin Xi is tasked with negotiating a contract with his company.
