Synopsis
A controversial scandal between a mathematics teacher and one of her students shakes a prestigious high school and ends in tragedy. The rumor spreads quickly, destroying reputations and leaving deep scars behind.
Ji Yoon Soo is a passionate high school math teacher known for her bright personality and deep love for mathematics. She believes that math is not just about grades but about discovering beauty and logic in the world. Despite her cheerful nature, she is determined and stubborn when it comes to doing what she believes is right.
Baek Seung Yoo is a quiet and emotionally distant student who was once known as a mathematical prodigy. As a child, he stunned the world by solving advanced college-level problems on television and even entered MIT at the age of ten. However, he mysteriously dropped out at twelve and disappeared from public view.
After the scandal ruins Yoon Soo’s career, the two part ways. Four years later, they reunite as adults. Together they attempt to uncover the corruption and injustice within the elite education system while fighting to restore Yoon Soo’s lost reputation.
