storyline
Mi Rae, a middle school recluse who experiences abuse at home and bullying at school, exists on the edge of fact and imagination. The worlds of her computer games and the narrative she pens in her notebook are the only places she finds peace. Mi Rae progressively becomes more accepting of her peers Baek Hap and Tae Yang as they become closer to her. Meanwhile, the universe in her novel vanishes and the computer gaming service is cancelled, forcing Mi Rae to confront harsh reality once more.
