Synopsis
Baek A Jin grew up in a violent household, where enduring abuse forced her to suppress her emotions and learn how to read and manipulate the people around her. On the outside, she appears kind, generous, and considerate, but beneath her gentle image lies a calculating and ruthless side that emerges whenever her ambitions are threatened.
Blessed with beauty and exceptional talent, A Jin manages to rise from a troubled childhood to become one of the most successful actresses in the entertainment industry. However, her success comes at a cost as she becomes increasingly entangled in relationships built on trust, obsession, manipulation, and betrayal.
Yun Jun Seo has been by A Jin’s side since childhood and remains the only person she truly trusts. He has supported her through the darkest moments of her life, but the man who once stood beside her eventually becomes the person responsible for bringing about her downfall.
Kim Jae O, another victim of a painful and abusive past, becomes deeply attached to A Jin and sees her as the reason he continues to live. Meanwhile, Im Re Na, a former idol and successful actress who harbors feelings for Jun Seo, becomes caught in the complicated web surrounding A Jin.
