Synopsis
Cha Jeong U is one of South Korea’s most renowned plastic surgeons, admired for his exceptional skills but burdened by a tragic incident from his past. His life changes when he unexpectedly assists detective Lee Min Hyeong in solving a homicide case, earning nationwide recognition for his sharp observations and medical expertise.
However, Jeong U’s reputation is soon shattered after a patient he refused to operate on leaves behind a suicide note blaming him for her death. Determined to restore his honor, he begins offering reconstructive surgery to victims of violent crimes, helping them reclaim both their appearance and confidence. While working closely with Detective Lee Min Hyeong, the two frequently clash over investigative methods but gradually develop mutual trust and respect.
