Synopsis
Cha Young Min is a genius cardiothoracic surgeon with exceptional skills but an arrogant and cold personality. After a mysterious accident leaves him in a coma, his spirit begins possessing the body of **Ko Seung Tak**, a rich and lucky resident doctor who lacks both confidence and ambition.
Completely opposite in personality and values, the two doctors are forced to coexist in one body. As Young Min performs surgeries through Seung Tak, both men begin to change—learning about responsibility, empathy, and what it truly means to save lives. Meanwhile, supernatural secrets surrounding coma ghosts and unfinished regrets slowly come to light within the hospital walls.
