On the reality-variety show “Money Game,” eight people in dire need of money are forced to spend 100 days in a barren concrete studio. If they are all able to reach the finish line, they will share the huge 44.8 billion prize equally. There’s a catch, though: all necessities are 1,000 times more expensive than average, with prices taken out of the reward money. These include food, water, and power. The competitors must navigate the difficulties of teamwork, sacrifice, and strategic expenditure while weighing their requirements against their ambition to maximize the ultimate prize.
